Hi, Reader. Long time, no see. So here I am with a story. Take note of the title, The Daymarer. I am sure that there is no such word in the dictionary. But if a person who dreams with his eyes open is a daydreamer, should not a person who dreams nightmarish dreams, be called a daymarer?
Whatever, I hope you like my story and continue to support and bless me. Love and best wishes.
The Daymarer!
Subir had this thing about him - he would close his eyes and visualise a scene. That day, he warned his elder daughter to get into the bus more carefully. He had seen her slipping while trying to grab the handle with her leg going under the rear wheel. Another day, he saw his wife fainting in office and falling down. Another time he saw his younger daughter begging at someone's feet and being kicked on the face brutally.

Of course, nothing like anything of these daymares ever happened except his family had a hearty laugh over them.

It was a gloomy day. Subir and his family were off to a picnic. As they got into the bus, his elder was late by a fraction. She missed the handle of the running bus, lost her balance. The first day mare materialized. His wife witnessed the accident and fell off her seat, unconscious. Amidst the uproar,as he was about to leap off the bus, his younger staggered at his leg trying to stop him getting off and got viciously kicked on the face as Subir tried extricating himself from the tangle!
